As workplace and government legislation demand ever increasing levels of competency from staff, Dino’s has established an ongoing partnership with Registered Training Organisation ‘NARA Training and Assessing’ to supply nationally recognized training under the AQF Standards for competency based training.

As an experienced and flexible training agency NARA recognizes and builds on the current skill levels of Dino’s staff and delivers training and assessing on the job over a two year period to Certificate III level. NARA Training and Assessing’ experienced trainers are able to customise training and assessment and tailor sessions to suit the client’s operational needs making training more cost effective. Dino’s recognizes the advantages of an ongoing training program providing up to date information for operational staff and a highly skilled workforce enabling Dino’s to maintain the competitive advantages necessary in today’s demanding working environment.
